How to Redeem a Perplexity Pro Promo Code

What you'll need

• A valid Perplexity Pro promo code (typically 8-10 characters, e.g. FFXXXXXX).
• Email access — you'll receive a one-time code from Perplexity.
• A credit / debit card for the Stripe checkout. Stripe stores it as the default payment method; it won't be charged during the 12-month discounted period if the coupon is 100% off.

Step 1 — Open the redeem page

Visit perplexityredeem.space. The page works on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Three languages are supported: English, 中文, and Русский — switch via the top-right toggle.

Step 2 — Enter your email

Type the email address tied to your Perplexity account. If you don't have an account yet, simply use any email — Perplexity will create one automatically when you complete the sign-in. Click Send Code.

Step 3 — Paste the 6-digit verification code

Within a few seconds, Perplexity sends a 6-digit code to your inbox. Copy the digits and paste them into the verification field. Click Verify.

Step 4 — Enter your Perplexity promo code

Paste your Perplexity Pro coupon. The field auto-uppercases and strips spaces. Click Generate Payment Link. The system takes ~25 seconds to produce a discounted Stripe checkout URL.

Step 5 — Open the Stripe checkout

Click Open Payment Page. Stripe Checkout opens in a new tab. Your promo code is pre-filled in the discount field.

Step 6 — Apply the discount and submit

On Stripe's page, click Apply next to the promo input. The total amount drops (usually to €0 for 100%-off codes). Fill in your card details and click Subscribe. That's it — Perplexity Pro is now active on your account.

Already redeemed? Get your link back

If you already used this code once, just open the homepage and click "Already have a code? Get your link". Paste the code — the previously generated Stripe link is returned instantly, no OTP required.

Troubleshooting

"This promo code is not valid" — the code isn't on the admin allowlist. Contact whoever shared it.

"This promo code has reached its usage limit" — admin needs to remove + re-add to reset the counter.

Stripe checkout shows the full price — click "Add promotion code" → the code is already filled → click "Apply". The system pre-fills it for you; Stripe requires the manual click for security.

Generation fails after 25 seconds — Cloudflare may briefly throttle. Wait a minute and try again.
