Is the redeem service free to use?
Yes — the service is free. The Perplexity Pro coupon, when applied, typically results in a €0 / $0 Stripe checkout for the first 12 months.
Do I need a credit card to complete checkout?
Stripe asks for card details even when the total is zero. Stripe stores the card as the default payment method for the subscription's automatic renewal after 12 months. You can cancel before renewal from your Perplexity account.
Which Perplexity accounts qualify for the coupon?
Accounts that have never had an active Perplexity Pro subscription work best. If your account already has a Pro plan, Perplexity's backend may reject the new coupon at checkout.
Can the same coupon code mint multiple links?
By default, each code mints a single Stripe checkout link. The admin who issued the code can set the limit per code (1 to 100 uses). Re-submitting an already-redeemed code returns the same cached link.
The page says "This promo code is not valid."
That means the code is not on any admin's allowlist for this site. Codes must be explicitly added by an admin before they become redeemable. Contact whoever shared the code with you.
The page says "This promo code has reached its usage limit."
The code has been redeemed the maximum number of times. The admin can remove the code and re-add it to reset the counter.
Can I redeem from any country?
Perplexity Pro is available worldwide via Stripe, but local currency, VAT/GST, and payment-method availability vary by country. Confirm support at the Stripe page after generating the link.
How do I cancel before the trial ends?
Open Settings → Subscription in your Perplexity account, and click "Cancel subscription". You'll keep Pro for the remainder of the 12-month period without being charged again.
What if the Stripe checkout page is blank or 404?
That happens when only the short embedded client_secret is in the URL. Our site generates the long hosted URL with the full fragment. If you still see a blank page, the Stripe session may have expired — generate a new one by re-submitting the code via the "Already have a code?" shortcut.
